The two most common time-wasters during a meeting are lack of engagement during a meeting and the existence of conflict avoidance.

One way to really get the most for your meeting time is to form something called a break-out room.

Use the power of breakout rooms to increase the courage of voice. In breakout rooms, even the introvert can find their voice, speak their mind, and share ideas. This is ideal for large meetings that typically have a higher prevalence of conflict avoidance and foster shyness/fear to speak up.
