My work with executives has taught me that outlook is critical. Here is my advice for handling sadness and disappointment in the workplace.

Sadness and disappointments and things that have happened so frequently in our lives are things that are actually beautiful gifts or beautiful emotions.

These events tends a leader to recognize as an opportunity to lean in and coach someone or an opportunity to dead with a problem and bring engagement and bring satisfaction to the people around by how you deal with that sort of disappointment.
